Bongia House is an existing house in Lebanon and is a listed building. The client wanted a refurbishment, which provided a great challenge to develop a sustainable and energy efficient design.

Efficient use of renewable technologies and creative design of the natural ventilation, daylighting; under-floor heating and cooling; and under-wall cooling for high ceiling rooms has provided a healthy and comfortable internal environment.
