Proposed Development Site

Le Parc des Portes de Paris is 80 hectares of mixed use development. ZEF developed the energy strategy on the site with the objectives of saving a minimum 40% from a good French practice design.

The project includes offices, residential, retail, media, and mixed-use areas. ZEF also set up sustainability guidelines including strategies and actions for energy, water, waste, internal environmental quality, ecology and materials.
