The Zizkov development is back with a more detailed design. International architect studio Hamiltons is overseeing the newest redevelopment project in Zizkov, the historical cadastral district of Prague, Czech Republic. The €400 million project is scheduled to go up in two phases. The first phase, budgeted at €120 million, is expected to be completed in 2009 and will include a 60,000m2 retail and leisure centre as well as a residential segment featuring 2,000 apartments.
