Artist' Impression Of Proposed Tower

ZEF worked with Mangera Yvars Architects on this competition for the design of an Observatory Tower in Liverpool.

One of the many schemes ZEF brought to the table was the idea of telling people the story of the tides, by showing the levels of the tide on the tower itself via LED lighting at night. This would have completely transformed the area & have made the tower a new Liverpool landmark.
