River City Prague continues to grow
ZEF is to begin work on 3 new buildings in the growing development of River City Prague. The B2 building will be a 4 star hotel, while B3 and B7 will both be residential apartments on the riverside.
ZEF is to begin work on 3 new buildings in the growing development of River City Prague. The B2 building will be a 4 star hotel, while B3 and B7 will both be residential apartments on the riverside.
ZEF has being appointed to work on 128 Totteridge Lane, a six bedroom luxury family residence located in North London. The detached house is also equipped with an indoor swimming pool and gym.
The building will be installed with ground source heat pumps linked to boreholes, to provide low temperature hot water for heating and hot water services. Heating shall be carried out by under-floor embedded pipe systems which shall also provide passive cooling during the hot summer periods.
