Dungeness is a residential property in the very south east corner of England. A unique wall construction and heating and ventilation system is proposed to reduce the heating energy demand of the building dramatically. Dynamic insulation combined with heat recovery ventilation and heating pushes this building into a highly energy efficient band of operation.
Working with award winning Nord Architecture, ZEF has begun work on a new large luxury residence located in St Johns Wood with contemporary design. The building shall be equipped with basement parking for 18 cars, a swimming pool with a hot and cold plunge pool, a gym, 20 seating capacity home cinema with billiards game room adjacent, staff and guest suites. The main residence has a large formal dining area, catering kitchen, library, reading room, living area and ensuite bedrooms.
